Hello! I’m Frankie! Originally from a small northern Ontario town, I’ve proudly called Ottawa home for over two decades. I bring my natural warmth, quick wit, and intuitive understanding to every project I take on. I’ve been described as joyful, reliable, and perpetually optimistic—qualities that define both my personal style and professional philosophy.
With 25 years of experience in strategic communications across public, private, and non-profit worlds, I’ve learned that great communication isn’t about perfect prose—it’s about creating genuine connections that spark action and foster trust. My approach combines strategic thinking with impactful storytelling. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and deliver solutions that feel and sound like YOU.
My commitment to community extends beyond words—I am a fierce mental health advocate, and I volunteer in end-of-life care.

• When I’m not working with clients, you may find me indulging my love for puzzles, camping or hiking with my family, curled up with a good book, or sharing a beefy bottle of red with friends.
• I am a licensed wedding officiant in Ontario, which allows me to celebrate love stories professionally.
• Vulnerability and curiosity are my superpowers.
• Sundays are reserved for Formula 1 racing and football.
• I am a thrill-seeker at heart. I have skydived, rafted, bungee jumped, and ziplined over the jungles of Thailand. I would love to base jump!
• Living with chronic pain and being neurodiverse has deepened my empathy and strengthened my belief that everyone’s story—no matter how unique or challenging—deserves to be heard and honoured.
